1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "999p" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the online casino and sportsbook operated at https://999p.lat and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the 999p platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal registered account held by a Player on the 999p platform, linked to a verified identity and payment method.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the Player using a recognised payment method and credited to the Player's 999p account, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.

• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all 999p accounts are denominated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register and maintain a valid 999p account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. 999p strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will close any account where age verification fails, with all associated balances forfeited.
• You must register using your true, complete, and accurate personal details. The use of false names, addresses, dates of birth, or identity information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
• You may hold one (1) account only on the 999p platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different payment methods or contact details are used.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period on the 999p platform, whether self-imposed or applied by 999p.
• You must be accessing 999p for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or as part of a professional gambling operation.
• You are responsible for ensuring that use of the 999p platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 999p does not provide legal advice and does not represent that access to the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

999p operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with internationally recognised gaming and anti-money laundering standards. All players must complete KYC before their first withdrawal is processed. 999p may request KYC documentation at any stage of the account's lifecycle, including at the time of registration, before processing a deposit above a threshold amount, or when unusual account activity is detected.

Acceptable KYC documentation includes, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months and bearing your registered address.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 999p are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 999p does not apply hidden currency conversion fees. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: PKR 100 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposits via bank transfer may differ and are specified at the point of transaction.
• Third-party payments: Strictly prohibited. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. 999p will return funds received from unverified third-party sources and may suspend the account pending investigation.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified accounts. Any active wagering requirements on a Bonus Balance must be completed before the bonus portion is eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfers typically complete within two to four hours. Delays may occur during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

• Right to withhold: 999p reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where fraudulent activity is suspected, where KYC requirements have not been met, or where the withdrawal is subject to an active investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

999p offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, initial KYC verification. Bonuses claimed using false information will be void.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games, sportsbook wagers, and certain slot categories may contribute at different percentage rates. Contribution rates for each game category are specified in the individual promotion terms.

• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion between accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine play risk — will result in voiding of all related bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

7 Gameplay Rules & Sportsbook

All casino games on the 999p platform are powered by certified third-party game providers whose software has been independently tested for fairness. The rules of each game are governed by the individual game provider's published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the round in question is deemed void and the wagered amount is returned to the player's balance.

The 999p sportsbook operates under the following additional terms:

• All sportsbook bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. 999p reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999p platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account in another person's name without their explicit consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a way not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other game format where collusion could provide an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or technical malfunction in the platform software. Players who discover errors are required to report them immediately to 999p support and must not place additional wagers intended to exploit the error.
• Using the platform or 999p accounts for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal or fraudulent purpose.
• Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting winnings on behalf of another person where that person is self-excluded, underage, or otherwise ineligible to hold a 999p account.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other systematic strategy exclusively designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine play risk, as determined at 999p's sole discretion.

9 Responsible Gaming

999p is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform restricts access strictly to individuals aged 21 and above. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders and can be activated from within the account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that prevent deposits above a self-chosen amount. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 48-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per defined period. Once the limit is reached, the player's account is temporarily suspended from placing further wagers until the period resets.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 999p platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trade names, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to 999p and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

The following acts are expressly prohibited without prior written consent from 999p: copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse engineering, scraping, or commercially exploiting any part of the 999p platform or its content. The 999p brand name and logo may not be used in any form without express written authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999p's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services offered shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999p shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or platform downtime caused by events outside 999p's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service failures, power outages, cyber-attacks, or regulatory actions.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate odds data, game information, or promotional terms where such inaccuracy was due to a technical error that 999p had not been notified of.

12 Privacy & Data

999p collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available in full at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, and the personalisation of your 999p experience.

999p does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party service providers — such as payment processors and game providers — is limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision of their services. All third-party providers engaged by 999p are contractually required to handle player data in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

13 Amendments to These Terms

999p reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
